This project involved a major renovation and multiple additions to a 50yr old bungalow with restrictions due to the proximity to Conservation Authority regulated lands. Set amongst tall Carolinian forest, the extensive windows frame dramatic views of the property’s oak and ash trees and natural water features. The exterior styling is well suited to the rural location and the sheltered exterior porches allow the residents to enjoy the surrounding landscape at all times of the year. The maintenance free exterior materials offer sustainable and cost effective ownership for many years to come.
