42 Unit apartment building was a conceptual design for a seniors’ oriented development for a private client under the Federal/Provincial affordable housing program. The design objective required simplified and efficient floor plans in order to meet the tight construction budget and the restrictive zoning requirements. The project is awaiting government financing and further approvals. |
