HISTORY

Cynthia Zahoruk has been involved in the architectural profession since 1987 acquiring diverse and practical experience with several well established, value oriented architectural firms in the Hamilton, Milton, Oakville and Burlington area. The firm, Cynthia Zahoruk Architect Inc. was incorporated in 1996 and has since continually expanded experience with various and diverse project types. Projects have included small, interior retail kiosks to large retirement homes, renovations and adaptive re-use to new construction, with both private and public clients.

More than 20 years of experience in dealing with both the “pros and cons” of the construction industry has given Cynthia the forethought to address problems before they occur. Further experience in design-build construction provides us with techniques that yield efficiency and cost savings. The procedures that have been developed ensure high quality projects and the team we have established will smooth the way for the timely completion of your projects. Additionally our low overhead, flexibility, “hands on’ design and production offer great value to our clients.
