A large addition to a modest circa 1910 house in the downtown core. The original house was historically significant but required extensive renovations to improve electrical, heating and energy efficiency, a large addition to provide modern conveniences as well as large interior and exterior entertainment spaces. The addition tripled the useable floor area and vastly improved the energy efficiency of the old house.
