This 70 unit senior’s independent living complex set in rural St. Thomas incorporates geothermal source energy and energy efficient insulated concrete form construction. Set on an expansive 7 acre site, each 2 bedroom residential unit has a private outdoor patio. The building includes laundry, meeting and activity spaces and a large lobby and reception area for lounging and other activities. The building was designed to easily convert to a long term care facility conforming to all Ministry of Health design Guidelines.
