A well established business in the heritage district of central Waterdown. The original house had been modified extensively for commercial purposes and had lost all of its charm. The client"s desire to revitalize and draw attention to the building without extensive structural modifications and cost was satisfied in this exterior facelift. The changes gave the building more street presence and incorporated heritage detailing in keeping with the special zoning district. Year completed - 2008
