A 52 unit supported apartment project for Halton Region is located in Kerr Street Village in Oakville. This 4 storey building is certified Passive House design. The units are designed with seniors in mind and to facilitate aging in place. 100% of the units are barrier-free. On the ground floor a community HUB provides access to supportive social, health and service providers for the local community. Year completed - 2024
