This Burlington seniors oriented, life lease apartment building is centrally located along transit lines and close to shopping. Designed as an aging in place facility it includes 142 spacious suites permitting independent living for all seniors no matter their ability. Balconies and terraces offer views of the park, escarpment and lake. Amenities include guest suite, multipurpose rooms, health practitioner offices, craft room, lounges and cafe. Two levels of underground parking accommodates all resident and visitor parking. The project was constructed in 2 Phases.
